As the first company in the industry to complete the green cycle production of the new silicon material industry chain, Hungpai pays great attention to investment in technology research and development. We have got a professional team with experts in many fields, such as chemical engineering, analytical chemistry, fine chemical, polymer, chemical equipment, and instrumentation, and built a complete technology system from research and development to application.
In 2015, the company cooperated with the team of Academician Du Shanyi to build the first academician workstation in Jingdezhen City, and built the academician workstation industry incubation center to conduct R&D, design and optimization of product’s technology. On the basis of insisting on independent research, development and innovation, Hungpai maintains close cooperation with famous domestic universities and actively follows the cutting-edge technology of the industry. We also established the Silicon-based Materials Research Institute in 2015. Through the establishment of academician workstations and silicon materials research institutes and other industry-university-research incubation platforms, we bring technological and industrial upgrading into effect, and accelerate the transformation of scientific research results. It is expected that a number of new product projects will be cultivated in the next five years. At present, we have obtained and accepted more than 20 national invention patents and possess a number of proprietary technologies, including 20 provincial-level new products.
