Physical Properties
It’s a colorless or pale yellow clear liquid, soluble in alcohol, ethyl glycolate, benzene etc, it’s insolubility in water. And easily hydrolysis contact with water or moisture. The density is 0.94 in 25℃, the refractive index is 1.420 in 25℃, Boiling point is 217℃, flash point is 98℃. The molecular weight is 221.4.

Application Range
•HP-1100 is a kind of silane containing amino and oxethyl groups. It is widely used for glass fibre reinforced plastics, coating, molding, plastics, adhesive, sealant and fabrics.
•When it is used for thermoset and thermoplastic resins such as polyester, phenolic resin, epoxy, PBT and carbonate resin, it can improve electrical and physical properties such as anti-compress strength, flexibility and cut strength, it also can upgrade wet strength and dispersion of fillers in polymers.
•Glass fiber reinforced plastics treated with HP-1100 can be widely used in manufacturing mechine elements, building materials, pressure vessel and some reinforced materials with special applications.
•Act as adhesive accelerator, it can be applied in epoxy, polyurethane, nitrile and phenolic adhesive, sealant and coating.
•In the manufacturing of glass fibred cotton and mineral cotton, it can be added into phenolic adhesive to improve waterproof property and increase rebound elasticity.
•It is suitable for glass fiber, glass cloth, glass bead, silica, French white, clays, pottery clay etc.

Package and storage
1. Package: 25kg, 200kg or 1000kg in plastic drums.
2. Sealed storing:Keep in cool, dry and well-ventilated places.
3. Storage life:Longer than two years in normal storing conditions.
